We’re a multi-location restaurant franchisee considering the acquisition of another restaurant business. We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to help us evaluate the opportunity. This is a project-based role focused on analyzing the target company's financials and providing insights to guide our decision-making. What You’ll Do: * Review and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) * Conduct a break-even and profitability analysis * Assess historical performance, sales trends, and expense patterns * Build a simple financial model to project future performance * Identify risks and red flags * Deliver a summary report and recommendations Ideal Experience: * Experience in financial due diligence or business evaluation * Familiarity with the restaurant or franchise industry is a plus * Strong Excel and financial modeling skills * Ability to present findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders Deliverables: * Financial analysis summary * Key performance insights * Recommendations for go/no-go decision To Apply:
