Title: Interview Coaching & Resume Refresh for Experienced Sales Professional Description: Hi! I’m looking for an experienced career coach/ resume expert to help me sharpen my interview skills and refresh my resume. I’m currently pursuing internal and external job opportunities in sales and want to make sure I’m presenting myself in the strongest, most strategic way possible. This role will involve two key areas: 1. Interview Coaching Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions (via Zoom) to help me prepare for both behavioral and role-specific interviews Provide real-time feedback on my responses, body language, and tone Help refine and practice compelling answers for common and tough interview questions Guide me on how to tailor my approach based on specific roles, companies, and leadership styles Help me develop concise stories that highlight my impact, achievements, and leadership qualities 2. Resume Refresh Review and update my current resume to better reflect my experience, impact, and career goals Ensure formatting, language, and structure are clean, modern, and optimized for applicant tracking systems Highlight key accomplishments in sales, strategy, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration Help me position my experience in a way that’s aligned with both internal growth opportunities and external industry trends Ideal Candidate: Proven experience with resume writing and interview coaching (especially for corporate sales, marketing, or media roles) Strong understanding of what hiring managers and recruiters look for in high-level individual contributor and AE/ Director-level candidates Great communicator with an ability to provide supportive yet honest feedback Bonus if you have experience working with clients applying for roles within large media companies Project Scope: Initial resume audit + revised draft (1–2 rounds of feedback) 2–3 interview prep sessions (45–60 minutes each) Target start date: ASAP Please include work samples, resume examples, or testimonials if available Looking forward to collaborating with someone who can help me feel confident and polished for this next career step!
