We're looking for someone who can setup telecom & software vendor portals. Looking for candidates that have done this work previously or are tech-savy and can learn new applications or tools without support. Technology or software implementation experience is a plus, but not required. Must be organized, flexible and able to solve problems on the fly. Background: We manage companies technology & utility expenses. Our customer spend millions of dollars a year across their technology and utility vendors and we help manage these expenses by consolidating their invoices & inventory into our proprietary application, called Sparrow. One of the first steps we do when implementing a client is to gain access to every vendor portal for which they have services. This access to all the various vendor portals allows us to setup invoice loading into our system, integrate the vendor reporting & ticketing system with our system and many other functionalities. This project is to help finish the vendor portal setup for some of our newer clients. Plain-english: It's the same process as setting up your phone, internet or wireless bill with the vendor that you use for home internet or wireless, but at a larger scale and across multiple vendors for each of our customers. About the work: It requires either submitting an email request & following up regularly to get the portal setup, calling into a vendor to submit a request or doing it self-serve via the portal. We have vendor instructions for most vendors where we need to setup portals so you'll have a guide to get started on this work. Preferred availability: 9am-5pm ET availability is preferred as it's the most common operating hours for the vendors you'll be working with
