RN or MA to Consult on Remote Patient Monitoring

We're a growing healthcare tech company with a remote patient monitoring (RPM) platform that helps doctors keep tabs on their patients between visits. We're initially looking for someone to consult with us on the RPM process and workflow, with the strong possibility of this becoming an ongoing role if it's a good fit for both of us. This is a perfect opportunity to help shape the position before potentially stepping into it! What you'll do Initially, we'd like you to: Review and help refine our proposed RPM workflow Provide expert insights from your clinical experience Help us identify potential workflow challenges and solutions Advise on best practices for patient monitoring and triage Then, if we both decide to continue working together, you'll: Check patient health data in our user-friendly platform Spot when readings are off and need attention Reach out to patients if something needs clarification Alert the care team when something needs their attention Keep good records of what you're seeing Help us improve our monitoring process Plus, if you enjoy writing, you could: Review health-related blog content for accuracy Contribute to our blog or patient education materials Give us feedback on our features from a clinical perspective About you You should have: Current RN license or MA certification At least 2 years working in healthcare Some experience with telehealth or remote monitoring (ideal but not required) Good communication skills - both writing and talking Comfort with technology and learning new systems Self-motivation and ability to work independently Willingness to sign a BAA (Business Associate Agreement) with our doctors It would be awesome if you also have: Experience with chronic conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.) Background in primary care Some content writing experience Remote work experience The details This is a contract position, not employment Work from anywhere with a good internet connection Flexible hours (we can discuss what works for you) Pay based on experience and qualifications Sound interesting?
