Healthcare Recruitment Specialist - Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner Fixed Price Project: $800 Project Overview We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the recruitment process for a Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner position. This is a fixed-price contract ($800) for a complete recruitment cycle, from job description development to final candidate selection and offer negotiation. Project Scope The project includes the following deliverables: 1. Position Analysis • Collaborate with our team to understand the specific requirements for the Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner role • Prescreen at least 10 candidates who meet the State of Virginia requirements to be an independent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority. • Provide guidance on competitive compensation based on current market conditions 2. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Attraction • Implement a targeted recruitment strategy to reach qualified candidates • Post the job on appropriate healthcare and mental health specific platforms • Utilize your professional network and resources to source potential candidates • Proactively search for and engage passive candidates with the required qualifications • Identify and present a minimum of 10 Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners who meet the State of Virginia qualifications for independent practice 3. Screening & Initial Assessment • Review all applications and resumes • Conduct preliminary screening calls/interviews • Verify credentials, licenses, and certifications relevant to mental health practice • Ensure all candidates meet Virginia state requirements for independent practice • Check professional references for top candidates • Create a shortlist of 3-5 qualified candidates from the pool of at least 10 identified practitioners 4. Interview Coordination & Support • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and our hiring team • Provide interview guidance and suggested questions specific to mental health roles • Collect feedback from both candidates and interviewers • Assist with follow-up communications to all candidates 5. Offer & Negotiation Support • Assist in developing a competitive offer package • Support the negotiation process with the final candidate • Provide guidance on onboarding preparation • Handle any necessary post-offer communications with unsuccessful candidates Qualifications & Requirements • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically mental health professionals • Knowledge of psychiatric mental health practitioner qualifications, certifications, and licensing requirements • Specific familiarity with Virginia state requirements for independent practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner • Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes • Strong understanding of the current mental healthcare job market • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to complete the entire project within a 4-week timeframe Project Timeline • Week 1: Position analysis and job description development, initiate sourcing • Week 2: Continued sourcing, application review, and initial candidate screening • Week 3: In-depth assessments, reference checks, and interview coordination • Week 4: Final interviews, selection, offer development, and negotiation Payment Terms • Fixed price of $800 for the complete project How to Apply Please include your resume.
