Design-Build Operations Consultant | Help Streamline Systems & Support Our Team

We’re a small but fast-growing design-build firm looking for a highly experienced operations consultant to work alongside our General Manager and Operations Manager. We’re at a point where we know our systems need improvement — we just need an extra set of expert hands and eyes to help us tighten things up and move faster, smoother, and smarter. Your role will be to: Analyze and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in our current operations Offer unbiased insight into what’s working and what’s not Propose and implement practical, effective solutions Help streamline our design and construction processes (this is where we need the most help) Assist with improving systems in other areas like estimating, sales, and marketing Collaborate directly with our team to make real-time improvements — not just a consultant from a distance We’re not looking for fluff or theory — we want someone who can get in the trenches with us, understand our current setup, and help us level up. Ideal candidate has: -Deep experience in the residential design-build industry -Strong understanding of both design and construction processes -Familiarity with project management tools, CRMs, estimating workflows -Bonus if you’ve helped small teams like ours grow and scale before -Excellent communicator who can work independently and collaboratively -Able to give honest feedback and propose realistic solutions We’re passionate about what we do and care deeply about doing great work — but we need help refining our backend so we can serve our clients (and our team) better.
