We are seeking an experienced Residential General Contractor to serve in a consulting-only capacity for a new construction single-family home build located in Atlanta, GA. Role Overview: This is not a full-time GC role and does not require managing the construction site or subcontractors. We’re looking for a knowledgeable industry professional who can consult throughout the build process, serving as a reliable resource for questions related to construction timelines, best practices, sequencing, materials, troubleshooting, and overall guidance from pre-construction to final inspection. Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance throughout the build process (approx. 6–8 months) Answer questions related to project sequencing, construction standards, and potential red flags Offer input on site work, framing, MEPs, finishes, inspections, etc. Be available for periodic phone calls, emails, and occasional site visits if needed Assist in evaluating contractor decisions when requested
