Title: Paralegal or Attorney with FELA Experience – Expert Witness Case Support Description: I am seeking a qualified attorney or paralegal with experience in FELA (Federal Employers' Liability Act) to assist with expert witness case preparation and support. This includes reviewing case materials, preparing summaries, and helping organize exhibits and timelines. Ideal candidates will have: Demonstrated experience with FELA litigation or railroad injury cases Strong legal writing and organizational skills Ability to occasionally visit our office (location provided upon inquiry) Familiarity with expert witness coordination is a plus This is part-time, project-based work with potential for ongoing collaboration.
