We are looking for a Project Management System Specialist with expertise in Wrike to help rebuild, optimize, and enhance our project management workflows. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing best practices to improve team productivity and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience in Wrike administration, workflow automation, and process optimization to ensure seamless project execution across departments. We currently have Wrike and want to rebuild it to align with our current company needs. Key Responsibilities: Wrike System Optimization & Implementation Evaluate the current Wrike setup and identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement. Design and implement optimized workflows, templates, and automation to streamline project tracking and execution. Configure Wrike to support team collaboration, task dependencies, request forms, dashboards, and reporting. Ensure user roles, permissions, and access levels align with organizational needs. Workflow Design & Best Practices Work closely with teams to map out existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions. Develop standardized project structures, task dependencies, and approval processes for consistency. Set up automated notifications, triggers, and reminders to improve task completion and accountability. Optimize Wrike’s resource management and workload distribution for efficiency. Training & Change Management Provide hands-on training to teams, managers, and stakeholders on Wrike’s features, updates, and best practices. Create user guides, SOPs, and video tutorials for ongoing reference. Serve as the Wrike subject matter expert, addressing user questions and troubleshooting issues. Reporting & Performance Tracking Design custom dashboards and reports to track KPIs, project progress, and team performance. Set up automated reporting for leadership to monitor project timelines, workload, and efficiency. Ensure data integrity and consistency across projects for accurate decision-making. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience with Wrike (admin-level preferred) in project management system setup and optimization. Strong understanding of workflow automation, process improvement, and best practices in project management. Experience training teams on new tools and driving user adoption. Ability to translate business needs into efficient Wrike configurations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in agile or waterfall project management methodologies. Knowledge of Wrike API integrations with other business tools. Background in operations, project management, or process consulting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing systems, improving workflows, and driving efficiency through technology.
