Family Law Attorney (Per-Project to Full-Time)

Job Description: We are looking to hire a Family Law Attorney immediately for a per-project role with the potential to grow into a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Texas, have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a family law firm, and be highly proficient in drafting all necessary litigation documents independently. Key Responsibilities: • Draft all litigation documents related to family law, including petitions, motions, discovery, and final orders. • Provide strategic legal support in areas such as divorce, custody, child support, visitation, and enforcement. • Ensure all filings comply with Texas Family Code and court procedures. Requirements: • Active license to practice law in Texas (required). • Minimum of 3 years experience in a family law firm. • Excellent legal drafting and communication skills. • Ability to manage assignments independently and meet deadlines. • Strong understanding of Texas family law litigation. Preferred (Not Required): • Experience in probate law. Note: We are looking to fill this role immediately, with the intention to move toward a full-time position.
