Ideal Qualifications Education: Advanced degree in Forensic Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Public Policy, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in juvenile justice systems, forensic psychology, or program evaluation. Strong background in government or public sector consulting. Proven ability to assess and improve youth justice programs with an equity-focused approach. Skills: Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and report writing skills. Experience with trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices. Location: Philadelphia-based candidates preferred or familiarity with Pennsylvania’s juvenile justice landscape.
