Looking for Immediate Talent! Our firm is a US-based property inspection company that specializes in on-site inspection services to a variety of Real Estate owners across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Property inspections consist of taking comprehensive photographs of the units, as well as providing simple descriptive notes, if applicable. All photos can be taken with a camera phone and uploaded to our cloud portal. Notes can also be scanned or photographed and uploaded via cloud portal. Compensation is on an hourly basis, ranging from $50-$100/hour, depending on the project size, and commensurate with experience. Work is provided on a consistent basis monthly and schedule can be flexible based on your availability (i.e. gig, part-time, or full-time basis available). We have projects ready for immediate assignment in all 50 States so please reach out and submit a proposal if you are interested!
