Event Photography- Arizona

We have an upcoming Sword Experience event in the Phoenix area ,lead by actor Adrian Paul most known for his role in the television series Highlander on Saturday April 26th. We need a photographer to capture the event. 9:00AM check-in (9:30am start) and 4PM conclusion (there will be a lunch break). Our budget is limited to $250 for the day. No editing is needed so we hope that will help. Please see what we do at swordxp.com and our YouTube page. Essentially you are capturing the participants warming up, doing drills, training with the bokkens, performing what they have learned and having fun. Lastly, we need you to capture posed photos with Adrian. The participants are the main focus of the day as this is what they will get as a gallery of memories from the day.
