Help us grow a team that cares for the community! About the Role We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager based in the Detroit area to lead our caregiver hiring and onboarding process. Your work will make sure we have the right people in place to meet the growing needs of our clients and provide reliable care. If you’re detail-oriented, people-focused, and confident managing end-to-end hiring, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Be Doing Sourcing and Hiring -Post job listings and manage applicant pipelines - Interview candidates and evaluate professionalism and fit -Oversee background checks and pre-employment screenings Onboarding and Compliance - Manage onboarding paperwork and ensure timely completion - Schedule required trainings and certifications - Keep onboarding records organized and up to date Planning and Performance - Monitor hiring results and work to reduce no-shows - Partner with care and client teams to plan for staffing needs - Ensure all new hires are ready to begin scheduled shifts What We're Looking For - Based in or near Detroit with local insight - Fluent in English with clear written and verbal communication. Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred. - 2+ years of experience in recruiting or HR support - Strong organizational skills and follow-through - Comfortable managing multiple priorities - Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace and ATS systems - Bonus if you have knowledge of Medicaid hiring and compliance, or are eager to learn About Us We’re a growing home care organization dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
