We are a short-term rental revenue management company seeking a Contract Revenue Manager to oversee pricing and performance strategy across a growing set of vacation rental properties. This is a part-time, long-term opportunity for someone who understands how to use dynamic pricing tools and market data to maximize occupancy and revenue. You’ll work independently to manage pricing calendars, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven adjustments that directly impact financial performance. Key Responsibilities Manage dynamic pricing strategy for 20–40+ short-term rental listings Monitor and adjust pricing based on pacing, demand, events, and comps Use tools like PriceLabs, Beyond, or Wheelhouse effectively Track and respond to KPIs including ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and booking windows Optimize minimum stays, availability gaps, lead times, and restrictions Identify underperforming units and implement corrective strategy Stay current on local market trends and events in target cities Communicate regularly with internal team or point-of-contact on updates and adjustments Ideal Candidate 2+ years of experience in short-term rental or hotel revenue management Comfortable using dynamic pricing software (PriceLabs preferred) Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel) Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-directed Able to manage multiple listings and consistently deliver updates on performance Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Pricelabs, Key Data, Wheelehouse or Rankbreeze Contract Details 1099 contractor role 10–20 hours/week with potential to grow Fully remote with flexible working hours Long-term, ongoing opportunity with a growing portfolio To Apply Please include: A short note on your STR or hotel revenue management background Tools and platforms you’ve worked with (pricing, market data, PMS, etc.) Your hourly rate (Optional) An example of a time you increased revenue or improved performance This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about STRs, understands pricing strategy, and can operate independently while driving real revenue growth.
