I'm launching a group coaching program for women over 40 and need someone to take the lead on our LearnWorlds platform. Looking for someone with extensive experience using LearnWorlds who can expertly build, organize, and manage the platform behind the scenes. We need someone who can hit the ground running and can anticipate what needs to be built, connected, or streamlined to create a seamless learner experience. Strong instructional design skills and the ability to leverage AI for rapid course development are essential. Additionally, this is a long-term opportunity with fluctuating hours, estimated at around 5 to 10 hours per week. Hours will vary, with increased demand during setup, launch, and active enrollment periods. Overview: You’ll ensure that the final details on the sales page and workflow to support registration, payment, and program access are in place so we’re ready to launch. From there, you'll support building out the curriculum and uploading content. Key Responsibilities: Build and connect LearnWorlds pages to deliver a seamless user experience Finalize the setup of sales and checkout processes Set up the course curriculum Upload and organize course materials Test and troubleshoot platform functionality Use AI tools to speed up course development Apply instructional design principles to structure content Skills Needed: Proficiency with LearnWorlds or a similar LMS Strong instructional design experience Comfortable using AI for content creation Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive Able to move fast and work independently
