Our goal is to better understand challenges facing workers in physically demanding jobs and help connect them to private resources they may not realize are available. We are starting at an hourly-Hybrid model. 10-25 hr very lucrative bonus structure. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, professional, and resourceful to support us with: Identifying companies and job sectors that fall within our target demographic Researching community hubs, forums, and digital gathering places Tracking public data (including incident reports, health or workforce trends) Helping build an internal list of contacts, groups, and outreach pathways Supporting ethical and discreet engagement with those communities You won’t be cold calling or sales pitching — this role is strictly research + outreach strategy. It’s important that you approach this with sensitivity and discretion. Ideal Candidate: Experience in research, outreach, lead generation, or investigative roles Experience in Sales or Marketing Lead Generation Ability to navigate public databases, industry directories, LinkedIn, and community pages Strong written communication Bonus if you’ve worked with nonprofit, advocacy, or workforce support projects Must be trustworthy, adaptable, and respect confidentiality This Role Is Great For: VAs and researchers looking for meaningful project work Former investigators or paralegals interested in human-centered missions Consultants who love identifying patterns, opportunities, and outreach gaps Note: We’ll share more specifics about the industry and mission during the interview, to ensure alignment with our vision and ethical standards.
