We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in Accounts Payable and expertise in various ERPs and accounting systems, including Sage Intacct, Stampli (billing), and Avalara (sales tax). The ideal candidate will also have experience with acquisitions, integrations of new acquisitions, and consolidations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor management. Work with Sage Intacct, Stampli, and Avalara to streamline accounting operations and ensure smooth system integrations. Perform reconciliation of AP accounts and work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and GAAP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, finance, and operations) to ensure efficient processing of invoices and payments. Lead and assist with financial reporting for management Support the integration of new acquisitions, ensuring proper accounting practices are followed during the acquisition and consolidation process. Assist with the financial consolidations of multiple entities. Stay current with best practices and regulatory changes related to AP and sales tax compliance. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, with a focus on Accounts Payable. Strong proficiency in ERP and accounting systems, including Sage Intacct, Stampli (billing), and Avalara (sales tax). Solid understanding of financial processes, month-end/year-end close, and reconciliations. Experience with acquisitions, integrations, and financial consolidations is a significant plus. In-depth knowledge of sales tax compliance and reporting requirements. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus (but not required). Preferred Skills: Experience with large-scale acquisitions and integrations. Familiarity with multi-entity financial consolidations. Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other financial modeling tools.
