Job Description: We are seeking an HR Specialist who will play a vital role in client support and acquisition. This position involves working closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, delivering high-quality HR services, and contributing to the expansion of our client base. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for client HR inquiries and staffing requirements. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with suitable candidates. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client portfolio, with a focus on securing direct staffing leads. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and inform client acquisition strategies. Assist in onboarding and managing temporary and permanent staff placements. Handle HR documentation, compliance, and policy adherence for client organizations. Requirements: Proven experience in human resources, staffing, or client-facing roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
