We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented freelance Event Operations Executive to help bring a unique, large-scale event to life. This isn’t your typical buttoned-up conference—we’re blending the energy of music festivals and Comic-Con with the substance of a professional conference. This flexible, remote-first role is ideal for someone who loves logistics and creativity, and wants to do meaningful work on their own schedule. What You’ll Do: Manage event operations from planning to execution Own floorplans, attendee flow, and creative venue layouts Build and manage detailed budgets Source, evaluate, and negotiate with key vendors (AV, F&B, production, etc.) Coordinate timelines, logistics, and on-site deliverables Bring experiential elements to life—think lounges, activations, themed zones Ensure a smooth and engaging experience for attendees, sponsors, and speakers What You Bring: Experience running operations for large conferences or expos Strong logistics, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills A creative eye and excitement for “un-conventional” event formats Experience in tech or fintech is a bonus—but not required Organized, independent, and thrives on making big things happen
