About Us: The All-Nashville Roadshow (ANRS) is a growing multi-city live music experience that brings Southern charm, Americana music, and Nashville’s creative spirit to curated outdoor venues across the Southeast. As we expand into new markets, we’re seeking a freelancer with expertise in event permitting and licensing to join us in making our shows run smoothly and legally. What We Need: We’re looking for someone who can: Research and secure all necessary local permits for our shows (alcohol, food service, temporary business licenses, etc.) Coordinate with city, county, and state authorities (especially ABC boards and health departments) Understand and manage multi-state requirements (especially Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina) Create a repeatable system for permitting across regions Ultimately guide us through the process of becoming our own food and/or beverage vendor Ideal Background: Experience with live events, food festivals, concerts, or mobile vendors Knowledge of alcohol permitting, temporary vendor compliance, and public event regulations Comfortable working independently with local agencies and city clerks Detail-oriented and deadline-conscious — permitting is mission-critical Initial Scope: 2–4 shows per month Provide permitting support for each show location (1–2 locations per month) Work alongside our internal team and local venue contacts Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Helpful): Familiarity with the Southeast (AL, GA, TN, NC, KY, IN) Experience with licensing across state lines Ability to help prepare basic checklists and documentation for repeat use Compensation: Hourly or flat-rate per show
