We are a dynamic, pre-revenue fintech startup on a mission to revolutionize the way latam contractors working for us companies access their earned wages. With a focus initially on signing up consumers in Argentina, we aim to eliminate the barriers of traditional banking systems, providing instant, seamless access to wages. As we prepare to launch our product, we’re looking for a passionate, self starter Marketing Specialist to join our team and help shape the future of cross-border financial services. The Role: As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to introduce our platform to contractors and gen z across Argentina. Key Responsibilities: Establish and grow our digital footprint, brand, and sign ups for Argentine consumers especially gen z. Develop, test, and adjust marketing campaigns and content calendar that aligns with our mission and business objectives utilizing force multiplier tools such as AI / ChatGPT etc. Maintain awareness of local and competitors social media trends to inform changes to the company’s marketing Partner with with local Argentine content creators on campaigns to drive network effects Set up and optimize, seo, sem, and social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to refine our campaigns continually collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and user experience what we’re looking for creative spirit; owner mentality; accountable; quick learner fluency in spanish and english (required), with brazilian portuguese a plus, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions 3+ years delivering marketing (seo, sem) or creative (content, social media) campaign results targeting argentine consumers, preferably in the fintech sector or a startup environment experience using social media marketing tools (facebook, tiktok, twitter, intagram); pm tools ( notion); campaign tools (zoho); design tools (adobe xd; figma); content tools (chatgpt) to create, test, adjust, monitor and grow the company’s brand creative thinker with a growth hacking mindset, able to devise and implement low-cost tests and strategies for rapid growth strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
