Now, we're looking for a talented Content Creator to transform our raw photos & videos into visual stories on social media platforms using Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok posts. ### What We Need Help With: - Organizing Content: Efficiently categorizing our existing media:     - By job location, using geolocation data from the photos.     - By job status: Before Work, During Work, and After Work (with a focus on Before & After). - Creating Engaging Content: Primarily in IG Reels format, adaptable for YouTube Shorts and TikTok. - Content Themes:     - Compelling Before & After transformations.     - Engaging walkthrough videos (examples will be provided). - Our goal is to produce 3 to 5 new pieces of content weekly. ### Skills and Experience We're Looking For: - Ability to create content that's instantly captivating (considering short attention spans). - Skilled in video editing, including graphics, text overlays, smooth transitions, and fitting music. - Strong organizational skills for managing our photos and videos. - Familiarity with various AI creation tools and automation (preferred but not mandatory). ### Paid Test: After our chat, I’ll hire you to create two test pieces of content: Test1: A creative Before & After reel using photos For this test, I am providing basic before and after photos highlighting the crown moulding of a unit we just finished.
