Our mission has stayed the same; to help people live better....But our focus has shifted to solving our user's #1 wellness problem, sleep! Sleep Ritual is a “first of its kind” wellness program that combines CBTI, content & 1:1 personalized sleep coaching to help adults sleep better, fast — without pills or side effects. And guess what? It works! We’re looking for a contract marketing designer to help us translate our growth strategy into compelling storytelling and creatives that will help us drive intent, engagement, and signups for Facebook and other platforms. You’ll: Rapidly produce static & video ads, by utilizing stock photos/videos and stock illustrations Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Copywriting, Performance marketing, and third-party vendors to deliver polished final assets and spread the word of Sleep Ritual through world-class creative Execute design and conceptual tasks as assigned with significant attention to detail Know the key elements of growth and brand strategy as they pertain to creative briefs, campaign development, and execution Bring in brand, design, media, and advertising trends to develop strategies and hypotheses for both iterative and “big swing” tests What we're looking for: 5+ years of relevant experience as a graphic/visual communication designer across multiple platforms such as responsive web, iOS, and Android as well as a wide range of screen sizes Experience with designing and optimizing ads for social channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) A strong portfolio and experience in marketing design, with proficiency in user-centered design principles, visual storytelling, and interaction design Capable of balancing a growth hacking mindset, ambiguity, and design quality standards Experience with animation/video or motion graphicsCategory: Design & MultimediaSubcategory: IllustrationsWhat is the scope of the project?: Create new illustrationsIs this a project or a position?: ProjectRequired availability: As needed
