Content Developer + Social Media Manager for HR Consulting Firm


Seeking an experienced Content Developer/Social Media Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for our HR consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have experience working with professional service organizations and creating engaging content that resonates with business professionals. Key Responsibilities -Develop and implement a social media strategy focused on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. -Create engaging, professional content using Canva and other design tools. -Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, including regular posting and engagement. -Create thought leadership content related to HR trends and best practices. -Track analytics and provide regular reports on social media performance -Collaborate on content calendar planning Requirements -Proven experience managing social media for professional service organizations -Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation for business audiences -Proficiency with LinkedIn and understanding of its algorithm and best practices -Expert with Canva and other design tools -Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail Please provide work samples and rates when applying.
