We’re looking for a talented and reliable video editor to help us with editing long-form podcast episodes, creating short-form clips for social media, and producing custom thumbnails for each episode. This is for a healthcare and tech-focused podcast that publishes weekly content. We are looking for someone who: • Can edit full-length podcast episodes (30–60 minutes) • Can create 3–5 engaging short clips per episode for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts • Knows how to add relevant B-roll, sound effects, transitions, captions, and callouts to keep content visually engaging • Can design professional and eye-catching thumbnails • Communicates well and can meet deadlines • Is open to a long-term working relationship Deliverables (per episode): • One fully edited long-form podcast episode (with intro/outro and minor cleanup) • 3–5 short-form clips (30–90 seconds each) • 1 custom thumbnail for YouTube Project Workflow: We will start with one episode as a paid test project. If it’s a good fit, we’re looking to build a long-term partnership with consistent weekly projects.
