Based in Austin, TX. ## **About the Role** As the Manager, Facebook Campaign Operations & Buying, you will be responsible for building, testing and launching Facebook ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager in order to grow paid subscriptions in a profitable way. You will manage the process from starting our ads account to running and testing multiple creatives and campaigns simultaneously. You will manage the entire lifecycle and need to ruthlessly define and track success metrics. This is a contract-to-hire position that we are open to hiring as a full time growth role. ## Responsibilities / Skills include The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing, optimizing, and analyzing ad performance using Meta Ads Manager - Initial Facebook Ads Manager setup - Rapid iteration of audience targeting - Testing different ad formats, copy, landing pages, etc. - Operating w/ lean budget - Measuring metrics (CPC) to lean identify highest ROI / ROAS - Ability to make qualitative judgements (such as one creative over another) and test assumptions quantitatively - Email marketing experience a huge plus - Bonus points if you have done facebook ads for media subscriptions
