Created and maintained detailed spreadsheets for various business needs, including data analysis, tracking, and reporting. Develop and implement efficient organizational systems to streamline workflows. Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management. Handle various administrative tasks with precision and accuracy. Social Media Management: Assist with creating social media content, scheduling, and managing various platforms. Monitor social media channels and engage with followers. Organize and maintain social media content libraries. Research & Problem Solving: Conduct thorough online research to gather information and find solutions. Independently troubleshoot problems and find answers without constant supervision. Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions. Data Management & Analysis: Proficient in XLS and related programs to manipulate, organize, and analyze data. Create and maintain reports. Ability to learn new data management systems. Qualifications: Must be based in the United States. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, etc.). Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and proactively. Strong problem-solving and research skills. A positive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges. High proficiency in XLS and related programs. Ability to learn new programs quickly.
