Build an internal unified search tool

We're looking for a developer to build an internal unified search tool. The tool will be used by less than 10 people. We want to create a 'knowledge lake' of content for these employees from their microsoft, google drive, Box and our time keeping software application, OfficeClip. We want the permissions structure to stay the same as it is in the original applications. We want a very simple search box UI to query the combined content within the knowledge lake, present it, and note the source system.
