I'm looking for a full-stack developer to build a demo version of a product/service. It is a payment processing system that automatically splits incoming Stripe payments into multiple internal sub-accounts (e.g., wages, rent, materials) based on predefined percentages. The project will involve setting up a backend in either Node.js or Python to handle simulated Stripe webhooks, calculate splits, and store sub-account balances. Ideally, the system should expose a simple API to view these balances. A basic frontend UI is preferred to simulate payment inputs and display the resulting balances. The solution should be testable in Stripe Test Mode, and optionally deployed to a platform like Render or Railway. Familiarity with the Stripe API is required, and experience with banking APIs like Unit is a bonus. This is a small to medium project estimated at 12–18 hours, with a target turnaround time of 5–7 days. Final deliverables include all source code, instructions to run locally, and a working demo of the payment split functionality.
