We’re looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to help manage ClickUp tasks and keep our small web development team running smoothly. This is a part-time, remote position—perfect for someone with strong communication skills and experience in digital project coordination. You'll act as a key link between our agency client and our developers, making sure projects stay on track and nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll update tasks, follow up with developers, provide status updates, and help streamline our task management process. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage tasks in ClickUp daily - Coordinate with our agency client and internal dev team - Track project progress and flag blockers - Organize and optimize schedules to meet deadlines - Ensure clear communication across all parties Ideal Candidate Has: - Strong English and communication skills - Experience using ClickUp & Basecamp - Basic understanding of web development workflows (no coding required) - A detail-oriented and proactive mindset - Availability in EST time zone This is a long-term role with the potential to grow.
