Job position: Articulate Storyline 360 Designer (for a healthcare/medical technology client) Job location: Remote (working U.S. Eastern Time business hours Mon-Fri) Job type: Project basis (flat fee project for 1 module per week) and potential to increase Starting date: ASAP, preferably start on or before 5/19/2025 The task is to create an interactive e-learning module in Articulate Storyline 360 module of approx. 50 slides that will engage and educate of medical device sales representatives. Note: You will be paid a flat one-time fee of $500–700 for this project. This includes full development and up to 3 rounds of iterations based on client feedback (this does not include internal feedback rounds) plus 2 of legal review (LMR), until full approval. The final fee is negotiable only within this range, and can be mutually decided after we share the full scope of the task with you. Your task is to create one module from a content manuscript provided, integrating the visual and interactive format of the first 5 modules of the same training program. The module will involve branding, complete interactive elements, visual design and development, updating the Storyline settings based on project requirements, and integrating AI voiceovers. For this project, you will work closely with our medical content writer, art director and other members of our Marketing Agency team to ensure the output aligns with the project’s goals and match the look of the previously created Your ability to weave together visual and textual elements into a coherent and compelling story will be crucial to your success. Based on your performance and availability, there is a potential to develop 5 to 6 more e-Learning modules of similar length over the next 2 months. This assignment is only open to independent freelancers (individual) and not to agencies. You will be required to sign an NDA, and a contract with the mutually-agreed milestones and payment schedule, prior to starting the work. Responsibilities: * Design and develop an engaging interactive e-learning module of approx. 50 slides from a content manuscript (integrating layout, visual elements, and Storyline 360 features) * Search and use stock images, professional icons and relevant backgrounds for medical devices and healthcare based on the need, adhering to brand standards and style guidelines, creative briefs, and defined campaign style (*We will handle any image/icon purchases as needed) * Collaborate closely with the creative writer to ensure cohesive storytelling * Integrate interactive visual and textual elements (dials, branched flow, scenarios, transitions, animated elements etc. into a seamless narrative * Timely adherence to review process and feedback, with reasonable turnaround times as mutually decided * Revise and refine visuals and content based on internal feedback as part of the development process Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field * Proven experience in developing engaging e-Learning projects, particularly in Storyline 360 * Attention to detail for handling medical/product content, and patience to process multiple rounds of review and feedback *Nice to have (but not required): Subscription access to a high-quality AI Voiceover generator apps like Synthesia Software proficiency  Articulate Storyline 360  Adobe Creative Suite Portfolio: Submitting a portfolio of relevant work samples (showcasing your skills in Storyline interactivity, animations, visual narrative and storytelling) with your application is highly recommended—PDF or URL
