We help brands grow through smart influencer strategy, influencer scouting, and brand experiences. We’re already active in the US market and now looking to accelerate our growth. We’re seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Development Representative to help us scale by opening doors, sparking conversations, and qualifying high-potential leads. YOUR ROLE As our freelance SDR, you’ll focus on outreach, lead generation, and qualification—connecting with high-potential leads and booking meetings with our Head of Sales (your main contact). You won’t be closing deals—that’s our job. You’ll be the crucial first spark in our sales engine. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Identify and reach out to target leads via yours or our company LinkedIn and cold email - Qualify leads from inbound sources (website, referrals) - Conduct quick intro calls (when needed) to qualify interest - Educate leads about our agency’s value and book meetings with Head of Sales - Maintain clean CRM records and manage the pipeline in HubSpot - Propose ideas or outreach strategies—we love a strategic thinker! WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience in sales development for the US market (agency or marketing services a big plus) - Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach + cold emailing - Strong writing and communication skills - Familiar with HubSpot - Self-motivated, organized, and autonomous - Available for 1 quick weekly check-in (30 mins) in Eastern Time (EST) DETAILS Time: ~5 hours/week Trial: 1 month → extend to +3 months / long-term based on performance Rate: Hourly, based on experience Timezone: Must be available in US Eastern Time for collaboration Start: ASAP
