Your Role: As the Data Warehouse Architect for Salesforce CRM, you will be pivotal in designing and implementing a state-of-the-art data warehousing solution. Your role will focus on creating a system that not only meets our immediate needs but also sets the stage for future data initiatives. Your strategic insights and technical acumen will drive seamless integration with Salesforce, ensuring our CRM supports complex data analysis and meshes well with our overarching business goals. What You'll Do: Architectural Leadership: Design a scalable data warehouse architecture within Salesforce that integrates seamlessly with our CRM system, tailored to handle sophisticated data analysis needs. Strategic Data Migration: Manage the migration of data from Oracle Siebel to Salesforce, focusing on maintaining data integrity and ensuring alignment with our analytical needs. Advanced Data Modeling and Reporting: Develop and implement comprehensive data models and reporting frameworks that provide critical insights for both operational and strategic decision-making. Collaborative Data Management: Partner with IT and various business units to promote advanced data governance, enhance data quality, and improve the overall usability of the Salesforce environment. Data Optimization Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge in data management, reporting, and analytics to optimize business outcomes and inform data-driven strategies. What You'll Bring: Data Architecture Excellence: Demonstrated expertise in data architecture and warehousing, especially within a Salesforce environment, and a proven track record of crafting effective, scalable data solutions. Strategic Acumen: Outstanding ability to distill complex data needs into clear, actionable architectural solutions that support broad business objectives. Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Oracle Siebel v23 experience Salesforce Certifications Utilities Industry Experience.
