We are seeking a Business Architect with a robust background in Salesforce CRM and Oracle Siebel to help drive our transformative projects. Important Project Details: This project is anticipated to begin in September and will likely span approximately three years. Headshots will be required for candidate submission. Your Role As a Business Architect, you will be pivotal in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions within Salesforce CRM. You'll play a crucial role in our CRM replacement initiative, ensuring integration and functionality enhancements align with strategic business goals. What You'll Do CRM System Establishment: Develop and implement a Salesforce CRM system that supports all customer transactional and engagement points, enhancing personalized support and ensuring process fulfillment. Integration and Adaptability: Establish CRM with user-friendly integration tools adaptable to evolving business rules, leveraging predictive tools to enhance data processes and knowledge management. Functionality Enhancement: Expand user-based functionalities and system enhancements to support ongoing and future customer service initiatives. CRM and Analytics Migration: Oversee the migration of all CRM/Analytics functionalities to a modern Salesforce solution, ensuring seamless transition from Oracle Siebel v23. Operational Efficiency: Utilize CRM workflow and process improvement tools to streamline daily customer service support and operations. Customer Personalization: Incorporate additional languages and personalization functions to enhance customer engagement. Data and System Integration: Lead system migrations and integrations, ensuring smooth transition of all infrastructure components including application servers, databases, and middleware. Enhanced Customer Experience: Develop and implement customer experience enhancements such as multi-channel service options, predictive analytics, and geospatial visualization capabilities. What You'll Bring Expertise in CRM Architecture: Proven experience with Salesforce and Oracle Siebel v23, with a strong understanding of both platforms for effective migration and integration. Strategic Vision: Ability to align technical CRM solutions with broader business objectives, enhancing data management and customer relations. Analytical and Technical Proficiency: Exceptional analytical skills and a strong technical background in developing CRM solutions that improve business operations. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Salesforce Certification (Required) Previous utilities industry experience preferred.
