Need beta reader for book

My book has been written for the most part but I am interested in having someone beta read the manuscript and give it a once over to see if everything is working the way it should. I need someone experienced with beta reading and maybe even able to offer some editing tips if need be. This doesn't have to be ultra detailed line by line analysis, just an overall big picture opinion of the book, what's working, and what could use some last minute changes if necessary. The book is 85,000 words and I don't have a big budget, so this is more for someone who enjoys reading and commenting on books.
