Looking for a US freelancer for digital marketing

I own a remote bookkeeping company where I use QuickBooks Online to help clients with cleaning up books and monthly bookkeeping. I am looking for a digital marketer that has experience with bookkeepers. I am hoping to establish a good working professional relationship with someone that I can continue to work with in the future on other tasks. The first task I am looking for someone to complete is, I have a list of company names and email addresses that I would like to target to get my business out to them. If this project goes well, then I would need help with other marketing projects. Requirements for this project: 1. Must be located in the US 2. Must have experience working with bookkeepers, or working with clients in the finance industry 3.
