We offer a full suite of services, including: • Job searching and application completion on behalf of laid-off employees • Career coaching, mock interviews, and interview preparation • Educational materials on navigating the job market We are a one-stop, full-service firm dedicated to reducing unemployment claims, enhancing employer reputation, and ensuring a stress-free transition for displaced employees. About the Role This is a high-performance sales role where you’ll be responsible for securing partnerships with companies that can benefit from our services. We provide warm leads, but you will also be expected to generate your own leads by researching and prospecting companies. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and connect with key decision-makers at companies undergoing workforce reductions • Clearly present and explain our services to potential partners • Negotiate contract terms and close deals • Build and maintain strong relationships with company representatives This is a remote position. You must have the necessary tools to present yourself professionally during video calls, including: • Reliable Wi-Fi • A quiet workspace • A professional, presentable background What We’re Looking For • You excel under pressure and handle objections with confidence • You communicate with clarity, purpose, and persuasion • You are relentlessly driven to close deals and exceed sales goals Requirements • Sales Experience: Strong background in B2B or SaaS sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets • Availability: 20–40 hours per week within a 6-hour block between 9 AM and 5 PM EST • Professionalism: Ability to represent the company with credibility and integrity Job Type: Full-time Expected Hours: 25–40 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Work from home Shift: • Day shift Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities • Commission-based pay Work Location: Remote
