**Job Description:** The Album Sales Experience Team (ASET) collaborates with professional photographers to assist their clients in transforming wedding photographs into custom albums and wall art. We are seeking a confident and design-oriented consultant to conduct virtual appointments via Zoom, guiding clients through the process of selecting and personalizing their printed products. This position is remote and part-time, offering flexible hours and opportunities for commission-based earnings. Candidates must reside in either Florida or Texas. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct one-on-one virtual design consultations with clients. - Assist clients in selecting album layouts, wall art dimensions, and design specifications. - Provide confident guidance to clients throughout the selection process and facilitate the finalization of orders. - Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track appointments and follow-ups. - Participate in occasional team training sessions to remain informed of current practices and developments. **Ideal Candidate:** - A friendly and articulate communicator with a professional demeanor on video calls. - Possesses a keen eye for visual design and an acute attention to detail. - Highly organized and proficient in using Zoom, CRMs, and email communication tools. - Available for evening and weekend consultations, contingent upon client demand. - Previous experience in sales or client service is preferred, though not required. **Benefits:** - Fully remote position with a flexible schedule (with peak demand occurring Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 9 PM EST). - Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission for each sale. - A supportive, team-oriented work culture. - Meaningful work with opportunities for professional growth.
