In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our mission: Guiding successful midlife men to discover "What's Next?" in their personal and professional journeys. ABOUT THE ROLE: *Providing executive management, including daily hygiene of CEO's calendar & all inboxes, providing clear agendas for all his meetings based on notes shared throughout the week. *Coordinating CEO's projects in Monday.com so the team has what they need from him, on time. *Corresponding with clients, leads & team through emails, DMs, social comments, etc... by either copy-editing content before it's shipped, or replying directly on the CEOs behalf, in his voice. This role is best understood as the intersection of: EA / PM / Sales & Marketing support. ABOUT YOU: *You LOVE to connect & have a track record of inspiring extraordinary team performamnce. *You're structured and detail-oriented, enthused by planning, organizing, and executing tasks. *You’re highly proficient at technology (gSuite) and passionate to learn more (especially AI) *As a dynamic self-starter, you thrive on multitasking and taking the initiative in fast-paced settings. *A diligent taskmaster, your methodical approach ensures tasks are followed through to completion. (we use Monday & GTD) *You maintain a polished presence on social media and Zoom, equipped with high-speed internet and a professional backdrop. *You’re engaged in your own personal growth work, ideally men’s work, and you appreciate mentorship opportunities from industry leaders. *You're amazing at mimicking the thought processes of the CEO to become his literal "right hand".
