Description: We’re looking for a skilled 3D artist or architectural visualizer to create a few photorealistic renderings of a new office space. These visuals will be used for large-format internal posters as well as customer-facing marketing materials, so they need to look clean, modern, and polished. You’ll be provided with: - A floorplan layout (production + ground floor views) - A color/finish selection deck showing carpet, doors, flooring, etc. - Examples of how the materials are being used in the space (offices, open areas, café, etc.) The goal: To help employees and customers visualize the future space with professional renderings that reflect the actual selected finishes.
