BERK Labs is a marketing agency, based in Houston, TX. LLC taxed as S-Corp. We need a legal advisor to be available on call for periodic help with various legal needs. - Trademark & Copyright - Contracts & SOWs - Board Meeting Minutes - Liability / Risk Reviews - Stock / Ownership - Employment Agreements ... and more! You'll be expected to communicate via Slack and Email. Our tools are standard (Google Workspace). Our clients mostly employ us for Digital Marketing (Google Ads). We don't have immediate legal issues that need your attention - this role is proactive - your primary directive would be to continually assess risk & liability, and then minimize it. If you're interested, please attach any examples of prior work (to the extent that you can) that demonstrate general familiarity with consulting agencies (focus on marketing) in Texas.
