CPA or Enrolled Agent to Review 12 Different 1065 Real Estate Holdings LLC Returns

We are looking to build a long-term relationship with a CPA or Enrolled Agent to help us prepare the 1065s each year for our various LLCs that hold long-term single-family real estate rentals. We have about 12 entities that hold investment real estate. We employ a full-time accountant who keeps excellent records for each separate entity in Zoho Books with the respective depreciation schedules. We use TaxAct to pre-fill our annual 1065 IRS tax returns for your review. We want to hire you on an hourly basis in a consulting/advisory role to review the income statement and balance sheet of each entity once a year in Zoho Books and then double-check our pre-filled work on the respective 1065 return in TaxAct to make sure everything looks great to file our return with the IRS. You'll also get copies of all our past tax returns so everything stays consistent year to year (especially when we buy/sell homes and claim depreciation). We are full time active in the real estate business. If you have experience in working with real estate investors who own several (100+) single-family rental properties, we would love to talk to you to make sure our tax reporting is on point for 2024. We have already filed extensions.
