Sales Script needed for DM's/text messaging cold Google leads

I run a successful mental performance coaching business for athletes. My leads are coming in daily from Google ads, and I text them to build rapport and make an offer eventually. I need help refining my text marketing strategy, as my close rate should be about 25% higher. It's at about 15-20% now.
