Create PowerShell script to automatically close a pop-up

Seeking a PowerShell expert to create a process which will continuously watch for a pop-up to appear. When it does, send a "tab" and "enter" to clear it, then log the event. Also, help me install the process on my machines. An image of the pop-up and an example PowerShell script (from Google searches) is attached. Note: I am NOT trying to buy just one hour of your time.
