Overview: We're seeking a Power Platform Developer to help automate the creation of SharePoint Document Sets using metadata from Microsoft Lists. You will use Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline document management and job tracking across a small but growing technical team. Responsibilities: Build Power Automate flows that: Create Document Sets in SharePoint from new Microsoft List entries Populate metadata fields on creation Optionally migrate files from folders into Document Sets Configure and customize Microsoft Lists or Dataverse to manage job metadata Integrate document and metadata workflows into a user-facing Power App Maintain links between Excel timesheets, QuickBooks data, and job records Ensure data is easily reportable via Power BI Provide documentation and admin training Qualifications: Strong experience with Power Automate and SharePoint Document Management Proficient with Power Apps, Microsoft Lists, Dataverse Experience integrating Microsoft 365 tools and building low-code solutions Comfortable working with non-technical users and iterating quickly Familiarity with QuickBooks and Power BI a plus
