EasyLanguage Candle Program

To whom it my concern, I need someone to write me an EasyLanguage program/scanner to be used in TradeStation, that would search out for singular candles in multiple timeframes that consists of having a body no less than 70% of the entire candle, with the number of buyers and sellers on that singular candle being around 50-50(about 5% or so variation, and in a higher timeframe up to around 12%). If possible, I would prefer if the results of that scan would be split into two sections: red and green. Also, the volume for the specific stock should be at least 1,000,000 shares per day. I would like the program not to display stock that are hard to borrow. Also, I would like to eliminate high priced stocks around $100 dollars or more per share, and ATR should not exceed $5. Minimum timeframe for the scanner should be 5 minutes, and maximum time frame should not exceed 60 minutes. When the scanner completes the search, I would like the results to show: the stock symbol, timeframe, and the exact time the candle is located on the chart. I will provide more details if needed.
