Azure chatbot for messenger
I'm looking for a freelancer that can help create a chatbot in azure to be connected to facebook messenger. I'd like the chatbot to have the QnA and LUIS integrations and the Virtual Assistant one as well. I would appreciate advice on how to best use these and connect them to automate my workflow. After the chatbot is integrated and connected to messenger I'd like to be able to create conversations and edit the bot so a few tips on how to do that would be greatly appreciated. I don't know a set price for this project but i'm open to suggestions.
