We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team at Automize. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of both our automation and WordPress projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with our clients to understand their needs, managing project timelines, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and leading a team of professionals to execute projects on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple automation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard. - Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for automation. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Obtain quotes from contractors, evaluate proposals, and ensure contractors adhere to their proposed work hours and scope of work. - Act as the main point of communication with contractors, coordinating their tasks and addressing any issues that arise during the project. - Oversee WordPress website projects, ensuring website requirements are clearly communicated and delivered according to client specifications. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality solutions. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. - Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner. - Ensure that all projects adhere to company standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. - Facilitate post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous learning.
