Your Impact: • Ensure executed loan documents are accurate and compliant, helping us deliver fast and seamless closings. • Collaborate with internal teams and title companies to resolve document exceptions and approve disbursements. • Play a key role in protecting DFS from funding risks while upholding service excellence. In This Role You Will: • Review executed mortgage documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. • Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing documentation with title companies and loan processors. • Provide final authorization for the disbursement of funds once all funding conditions are met. • Maintain accurate records of all funding activities and related communications. • Act as a central point of contact for funding status inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. • Proactively flag and address potential issues to prevent funding delays. Requirements: • Prior experience working in a high-volume mortgage environment. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing loan documentation. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. • Organized, proactive, and collaborative communicator. • Committed to delivering excellent client service.
